BitchSlap Drunk Bitch Palette

BS Boozy Bitch

I'm into trying new cosmetics company and I love eyeshadows so it's only natural that I wanted to try Bitch Slap Cosmetics after hearing so much about it- the good and the bad. Thinking to myself all cosmetics companies has it's good and bad press the main focus is how's the product. After watching countless YT videos on BS my senses heightens to new high lol! Saying to myself " You must try this product, look at the colors and how vibrant they are. Went on the site and the pretty palettes, jewelry and everything else I had to place that order. Needless to say I chose a cute 24 Karat Palette called Boozy Bitch.

Needless to say I chose a cute 24 Karat Palette called Boozy Bitch. The name alone was enough for me. I really love the cute pastel colors that this palette has. There's 5 different shades which is really great for spring / summer. Has a mirror on the inside lid, and two eye applicators.

There are a few things I don't like about this palette, first the shadows are powdery in feel and has fall out. As far as the pigmentation it's not as bright and vibrant as the pin wheels, these shadows has shimmer specks, without a primer or base you won't get a bright look more on the subtle side. Far as blending they are bendable, you have to build up to the look your trying to achieve. For $25 I wish it delivered more of what I was looking for. Best part, the shades are fun and great for a fun playful look.

Key Looks for Summer 2011

With  warm weather comes the need to update your wardrobe collection with new and on-trend styles.
I wanna share some of the newest trends for the Spring / Summer 11' you'll be surprised to see what's trending right off the runways into your favorite stores and from your favorite designers.

Key Looks for Summer are fresh off the runway and trending fast this year. Here's a look at the latest!

Marc-Jacobs 70s Glam Summer 11'
70s Glam. 1970s Style with mini dress, hot pants and also maxi and platform soled shoes. It's all about the flares this spring. There are two main aesthetics: '70s bohemian, and '70s sophisticated glamour.  The 70s is  due for a reinterpretation. While '70s fashion is making a comeback, which is sure to continue on as a fashion trend, let's not forget there's a few variants. And you know what that means;  more ways to get tons of wear from  your key seventies pieces, by taking them from '70s boho to a more sophisticated '70s look.

                                                                          Debbie Harry

Punk FashionAnother trend for spring / summer 2011, punk carries  from last year to become less of a full blown trend and more one of influence - see its elements impact upon a number of other spring 2011 trends. Which can be a danger: punk fashion is one trend you can't afford to get wrong.  Punk Fashions for spring / summer 2011 entails what elements you should wear, and the looks you should avoid.

50s Look   The silhouettes of the 1950s and 1960s make a strong return, with shapes that accentuate curves and celebrates femininity. A hip-hugging sheath dress with a below-the-knee hem is the ultimate in hourglass dressing, while the full circle skirt and dress remain at the core of the trend. For Spring 2011 introduce fresh colours, prints and light summery fabrics.

Revlon Photo Ready Vs Maybellines FitMe

Foundation is a skin coloured cosmetic applied to the face to create an even, uniform colour to the complexion, to cover flaws, and, sometimes, to change the natural skintone. Foundation applied to the body is generally referred to as 'Body painting.

Coverage:
Coverage refers to the opacity of the makeup, or how much it will conceal on the skin.
  • Sheer is the most transparent and contains the least amount of pigment. It will not hide discolorations on the skin; however, it can minimise the contrast between the discoloration and the rest of the skin tone. Although pigment technology has evolved dramatically since 2004, the traditional protocol for sheer foundations called for pigment to compromise 8–13% of the finished formula.
  • Light can cover unevenness and slight blotchiness, but is not opaque enough to cover freckles. It contains 13–18% pigment.
  • Medium coverage can, when set with a tinted (instead of translucent) powder, cover freckles, discolorations, blotchiness, and red marks left by pimples. It will contain 18–23% pigment.
  • Full coverage is very opaque, and used to cover birthmarks, vitiligo, hyperpigmentation and scars. It is sometimes referred to as “corrective” or “camouflage” make-up. In general it will contain up to 35% pigment, though professional brands, designed for use on stage, can contain up to 50% pigment.

Revlon PhotoReady Makeup - for poreless, airbrushed skin in any light. Photochromatic pigments bend and reflect light to erase every flaw. Complete, yet undetectable coverage. Soft, luminous finish. And gives you an amazing finish. I love this foundation for what it does. My color is CARAMEL.

- Oil free
- Fragrance free.
- SPF 20

My Recommendations:

FitMe Foundation

Why You'll Love It

It's makeup that fits you. I have to admit that it's not really a foundation more like a sheer tinted moisturizer with color. After hearing alot of people taking about that they don't like it,well to each's own...everyone doesn't have the same skin therefor I personally have to see what I like and don't like, I raely go by what others say when it comes to foundation cause what works for others may not work for me vice versa. So I keep in mind my needs and decide from my own experience.
  • No oils, no waxes, no nonsense
  • Natural coverage that leaves skin the way it was meant to be…fresh, breathing, natural
  • Exclusive translucent base and lightweight pigments allow skin's natural highs and lows to show through
  • Non-comedogenic, dermatologist-tested

For Best Results

Apply smoothly and evenly to your face and blend with your fingertips.

Conclusion I would have to say that both are doing a great job and I love one and like the other lol. If you wanna try either one I would say go for it, if it's not for you than give away and case close, no really, they are good products and I would continue to use them..... FitMe Powder is much better than the liquid foundation.
